captures not appearing in the xbox app after hours

Hi,I have run into this problem that when I capture anything on my Xbox form the game Call of Duty Warzone it dose't appear in the Xbox app; and I have waited days for the captured clips and screen shots to appear in the Xbox app and they still
didn't .Please can someone help me?

Hey, are you making sure that the captures fully upload to Xbox live and not just your Xbox console.

You can use OneDrive. You get 5GB of storage for free.

In the capture settings on the console, you can set it so that captures are automatically uploaded to OneDrive if you like. You can also manually upload multiple captures to OneDrive at once via the Captures app. Also, you can upload an individual capture to OneDrive via the Share menu.

Once uploaded, screenshots will appear in the Pictures\Xbox Screenshots folder inside your OneDrive folder, and videos will appear in Videos\Xbox Game DVR.

I'm using the app on my IPhone (5s). It is the Xbox app and not the Beta.

Hey Cortie888! Are you unable to see game clips and screenshots or just game clips? Additionally, try signing out in the settings menu and sign back in and see if that helps. Post back and let me know!
