    As this is driving me insane, I hope to get some more answers regarding this issue, as I'm not the only one with this problem.

    For the past few weeks, I've been recording Hogwarts Legacy captures for personal content to edit and play with and the upload to the XBox Network isn't functioning as it should. It started with being fairly slow (taking up to 5-10 minutes per upload, which I get as most uploads are up to 4 minutes), but didn't seek too much behind it as I'm a new player on XBox. I bought an S-series XBox at the start of February.

    For the past 48 hours, I am unable to:

    - Delete captures from my library. As I only have videos in my library atm, I can't tell for screenshots. I can delete them and I get a notification as well the video is deleted - I also see the video disappear, but when I go back to the library, the video reappears again as if nothing happened.

    - New videos can be uploaded, but they don't show up in my library. I'm praying the uploads came through as I usually delete videos from the moment I get a confirmation they have been uploaded to my network.

    - Newly uploaded video's can't be watched on either the XBox app (Samsung Galaxy S21) or the Xbox itself. I get the error: "Oops, something went wrong. Swipe down to refresh or try again later."

    I tried reinstalling the app on my phone, forced a stop and logged out and in as well, but nothing seems to work.

    Unfortunately, no improvement. Deleted videos are reappearing at the same speed as they are deleted.

    Hello, we have received some similar occurrences in our community.

    Unfortunately we still don't have any official position from Microsoft, the ideal in these cases would be contact Xbox support, they may have some more up-to-date information.

    I'm shella and would be glad to help you out.

    Please note that there have been several reports regarding the same issue since yesterday but since there hasn't been an official announcement from Microsoft as regards this issue, you can try the following troubleshooting steps.

    " 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.
    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.
    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.
    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

    I would be here incase you need more assistance.
