Captures are black. This worked fine a few days ago.

Hello Techie, this black screen in the capture is only happening with the Amazon App, or happens to some other, if you have one to test like Netflix, Disney+, or even a full-screen Youtube video.

Also check if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 21H2, because recently came out the latest update to Windows 10 and 11.

Hello again, maybe they use other tools, softwares to do the screen`s captures.

Thanks anyway. I just wonder how other folks record snips from movies and post them in their videos on YT. This is the first time I've done this so it's a new challenge. I was putting the snippets in some entertaining videos. I guess I'll need to take a different approach in my vids. I appreciate your input.
