Cape not getting after entering code in Minecraft

I'm not familiar with English, so I used a translator. Please understand if the sentence is awkward.

I watched Minecraft broadcasts on Twitch and TikTok to get Minecraft's Home and Menace capes, and I got the code 5x5.

I entered the code on 'https://www.minecraft.net/ko-kr/msaprofile/redeem-code' and received an email saying I had acquired the cape.

But I checked by pressing the skin tab on the launcher, but I couldn't see the cape.

I tried going into the dressing room of the Bedrock edition, but it was the same.

I saw a solution for people with symptoms similar to mine, logged back in after account logout, but it didn't change.

I entered the code again because I thought it might not have been entered, but it is said that the code has already been used.

I was told it could take time to acquire a cape, so I waited, but I couldn't get one for a week.

I have limited time to play Minecraft and I'm worried that I won't receive the cape until the event period is over.

How do I solve this? Is this an error? Or was there something wrong with my behavior?

    :)

My Minecraft Java Home and Menace capes are STILL not in my account.

    Hi Attackeh,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you redeemed a Minecraft cape and it's not yet showing in your inventory.

Minecraft events and promotions often award capes that you can equip on your character to show your participation. After a cape is granted or you redeem a code, it appears in the dressing room of your Minecraft: Bedrock Edition profile. Capes are often granted to Minecraft: Java Edition profiles at a later date only after participation ends.

If you want to receive your cape on your Minecraft: Java Edition profile sooner, you can try to activate it by signing into Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. Here’s how:

Wait for notification that your cape was granted or redeem your code.

    Start the Minecraft Launcher.

Sign into the Launcher using the Microsoft account you use to play Minecraft.

Start the latest release of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition.

Select Dressing Room and locate your item in the appropriate section.

Exit Minecraft: Bedrock Edition after you verified that your item is available in the Dressing Room.

Sign out of the Minecraft Launcher and close the application.

Restart the Minecraft Launcher and sign in again with the same Microsoft account.

Select Minecraft: Java Edition in the Launcher.

    Select Skins.

Highlight the skin you are currently using.

    Click … and select Edit.

Click your cape and select Save & Use.

It is important that you sign out and restart to make sure Minecraft: Java edition reconnects and finds your cape. If the process above doesn't work, you may need to wait until the official Minecraft: Java Edition cape grant after the event or promotion end date.

    Regards,

    Alvaro
