Can't write to Support-service.

Hallo.

I can't write to Support-Service.

It's ridiculous. Problems even with asking questions about other problems!

First name and last name are demanded but the input-fields are inactive! Painted in grey and no possibility to type anything in them.

Fix it somehow please of give any efficient advice.

Nobody comes back to me - ever

I can't write a complaint because nobody gives me an address - ever

Can't write my password

Hello everybody.... I just want to tell you all about a problem I'm having when I want to log in my Microsoft Live Account.

Recently I have changed my password to another one, longer and safer.... Of course every session I've logged with my mail has closed (Smartphone, PC, AND Xbox)... I logged in my account in my Smartphone and PC but when I want to log in my Live Account in
Xbox. I can only write near "15 characters" inside the password space. And my password have more than 15 letters.

¿What can I do? Please don't ask me to change my password again :C

Also, make sure to
sign in your Microsoft account before generating a chat session or requesting a call.

I tried both, it didn't help.

The same in another browser. And, yes, I sign in before generating a chat session and get the same problem: I'm signed in (it's writen: "Thank you for signing in") but fields wirth name and last name are empty and inactive.

Do you realy mean to FIX the problem I reported? Or do you mean just to ask ME to try a lot of USELESS things?

Further assistance? Do you really mean at least one of your replies was usefull? Or is it your ordinary way to waste customer's time doing absolutely NOTHING to help just waiting for him to get tired and leave?

I asked my question TEN DAYS AGO! And still no reasonable answer!! Do you really pretend that you "assisted" me???
