Can’t voice chat after 24 hr chat suspension.

Had some crybaby kid talking trash through game chat Saturday night which is fine usually don’t let it bother me too much. But then he goes out of his way to message me through Xbox chat continuously talking trash so I told him to [mod removed] and got a 24 hr. chat suspension which is also not a big deal even though that whole system is highly exploitable and imo completely garbage. But the thing that makes me mad is that it been two days since my suspension and I’m still unable to talk through game chat even though it says on the enforcement site that my suspension is up.

Try doing a hard reset (hold down the power button until the console turns off, unplug it, plug it back in, then turn it on). Sometimes it just needs to resync.

Yeah, tried that a couple times still nothing.

after the 24 hrs, 6 hrs after ban lifted, still cannot communicate via party chat.

A 24 hrs communication restriction is imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video
communications, Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. During a communications suspension the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality
will be automatically restored.

There is no way you file a case review for a 24 hrs ban so all you can do is to read the Code of Conduct to avoid future bans.
