    Can't view membership


    Hi guys, whenever i try to view my xbox 12 month gold subscription through account management i get this error:

    "This payment option can't be used for this purchase. Please select a different payment option, or a add a new one"

    I've tried calling customer support about 3-4 times, re-downloaded my profile, problem has been escalated apparently

    Anyone know why this is happening? the card is up to date etc, help please

    Whats Wrong? My Profile isn't functioning right.

    My Xbox profile doesnt have a gold membership but i cant view any of my videos in my mw3 vault. do i need a membership to view them or..??

    Bought Xbox Live Gold but still says I'm a free member.

    They said the issue has been resolved but I still can't view my memberships.

    A smart TV will allow you to view apps such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. You do have access to browse the web with IE and view apps that I listed above. However, you will require a gold membership in order to use the apps.

    If you are getting an Xbox One, get a gold membership as well. It can be shared with the family on the console so you will only need one membership.
