    This is odd then as you've mentioned that you can see them as well. This would suggest that you should be able to start them via the Start Menu on the PC even without using the Xbox App.

    However, this may be a little beyond my knowledge as I still believe it may be related to a hardware issue. But just in case it is something else I'm going to go ahead and release this question to see if someone else can help further.

    There are no pending updates in Windows Update or the MS Store. All my drives are working correctly.

    It is 100% not a hardware problem, I was playing last night with no issue. It is an issue with Gaming Services, and no one seems to have any idea how to help.
