    Can’t view free purchased items in Microsoft purchase history


    I’ve contacted roblox support and they need to see my roblox receipt in my Microsoft purchase history, but free times don’t appear there. I’ve checked on my xbox, pc, and phone, and no free items have popped up. What do I do?

    Hello again, if you're not viewing any games in your purchase history, only Xbox support can help you, because only they have visibility into your account and data.

    purchased items will be listed in purchase history, free items would be listed under your download library.

    When you entered your purchase history, you applied the filter and verified that the game was not refunded for any reason.

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    To do this, log in to your account and then in the Purchase History part click on the filter and choose Refunded/Returned

    not sure why they would need a date of purchase for a free game, unless this is to determine when you created your account for security, in that case you would need to check your emails.
