Can’t verify account

I’m currently using my wife’s account to post this, yesterday evening I was told to verify my account using a number that I used when I was over seas and is no longer in service. I was then blocked out of my XBOX LIVE and outlook accounts due to too many attempts made to verify it. I’ve tried to submit the form to get it unlocked twice now and both times it has denied it. I’ve used my Xbox serial number, card information and everything I could think of. I’ve also been told my customer support that they can’t do anything to help me even though they see that my account is blocked and I could easily give them the information.

Am I supposed to just accept that I wouldn’t get my games and stuff back and waste my time filling out this form every day? Is there anything else I can do to resolve this issue?

So what you are saying is I have to accept the L? I know I’m not the first person to post this problem and I know I’m not the first person to complain about the stupid way of receiving access to the accounts.

While I understand the rules around this situation, this becomes a problem when the problem gets swept under the rug and then the problem happens to another person.

I used that form yes. The problem is it keeps saying I have to wait 24 hours after one attempt an no matter how much correct information I place it keeps rejecting it. I have no access to the phone number on my account and the customer service people said they can’t do anything other than have me constantly fill out the form.
