    Can't use xbox ultimate subscription on PC


    When I try to play anything, I get plenty of logging-in popups, and after that, when I try to play anything, it behaves as I would not be logged in.

    I have recorded this and posted it into the MS feedback center, but nobody cares about this from MS support.

    this is a public forum with nobody from microsoft here, we as other gamers will try to help out if we can, if you want direct support from microsoft then you can call them or live chat them.

    to anyone that may help the error is "sorry we cannot sync your data with the cloud right now"

    OP are you making sure you are logged into the xbox app and windows store with the correct account that you are using for gaming and the xbox app is running.
