Can't use XBOX Games

is there any other way because my Xbox is broken and I don't want my data to be stolen if I send it off somewhere

Hello again, Hello again, if your Xbox is broken and there is no way to turn it on there is no danger of getting your information.

What you can do is sign in to your account through the Microsoft website and change your account password, and update the security information if you wish.

Hello EcstaticMetal85, when you're referring to your Xbox data, do you mean the games on your console or the Microsoft accounts you have saved to your console?

Either way, if you want to delete games or accounts you have on your console, you'll need to turn it on and reset the console if you want to leave the console as it came from the factory.

Xbox has two types of resets, one that keeps games and Apps, and one that erases everything.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > system > console > system

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note - You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps
