    Can't use Xbox gamertag as forum profile


    Hi,

    When I loggin, I have a page asking me to use old Microsoft community profile or use my Xbox gamertag instead (gamerpic), but each time I click on it, nothing happens. Is it a bug with the page? I tried in Edge/Chrome/etc. Nothing work!

    No, you can't merge a local profile with an already existing Xbox Live account, it is only possible to 'upgrade' that local profile to a new Xbox Live account. If you want to do that see the steps on this link:
