Can't use Xbox App

    Hello, as you can see there, when I launch the Xbox App it show me this, I can't do a thing. I've tried many ways on the internet but nothing works. Need help please.

    Have you tried re-installing it?

    Maybe something got corrupted on your first download attempt?

    As suggested previously, uninstall the application, then reinstall via the Windows Store. Probably check for an update prior to uninstalling as well as sometimes if there is an update it may fix it.

    Have you tried restarting the PC, see if that helps. Sometimes a restart is all that's needed.

    Have you given the laptop and full reboot?

    Have you also confirmed the laptop is
    up to date    ?

    Also when the laptop starts up, I would suggest possibly logging out and logging back into your Microsoft account to reconnect to the Xbox App.
