Can't use my Luxemburgish account balance

Hi, I have an account balance of about 150 € in the Luxemburg region, but I can't buy anything with it as Luxemburg doesn't exist as far as Xbox is concerned. How can I transfer the money to a region that is supported?

Why can't I use my MS account balance?!?

Yes, I was trying to make the purchase on the website. How am I supposed to know that I can't use my MS account balance on the website? Not everyone stalks the forums before making a purchase!

The website was more than happy to accept the prepaid code!

If I can't make purchases on the website with my MS account balance, it should

#1 - clearly state that I can't use MS account balance to pay for purchases via website

    AND

#2 - it shouldn't accept the prepaid card code on the website!

Now how do I use the MS account balance?

Can't use the balance on my account.

If you're trying to buy content from xbox.com, that is why you can't, as the site hasn't been updated yet to use your Microsoft account credit. To buy content using your credit you should use the console instead.

Can't use balance on Xbox account

    Hello Adam_Iceland,

I'm an Independent Advisor. Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum, I will be responding to you in short period of time and I apologize for a delay in response. As I am merely a user trying to provide insight and information that may be helpful.

I understand your concern. Just to clarify, does it say "Not available for this purchase" when you use the balance or it just doesn't show up as an option? Can you confirm what is your child trying to purchase? If it's a subscription, you will need to setup a backup payment method for the balance to work. But if it's a game, please try purchasing online in Xbox.com and see if the same issue will persist when using Microsoft balance.

    For your reference https://support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-bil...

I will be awaiting your response.

    Regards,

    Belle
