Can't use sterling account balance to purchase South African games now

Are your regional settings same as the one your used to buy V bucks? Have you tried from your web account?

No I don't receive any error codes it just says can't download saints row 1,2 & the third yes the games I purchased do match my console region (console comes from south Africa) using my xbox south African account

fyi if you queue from the us marketplace while you have a south african account using the us websitr you are going to getthat error since your account is not us

you need to queue from the south african website or much easier download from the console using your south african account

Then you will have to create one and then use the south African dlc codes

All prepaid dlc codes are region locked and only can be redeemed in the same region

If you are trying to purchase from the us website that would be your issue

Then you would have to use the south African site not the us site
What the store told you you have to take it up with them

How would linking my gamertag to a South African WLID benefit me? would i be able to purchase games etc with a south african credit card if i did this (i would think not)
