Can't use my Luxemburgish account balance

I also can't use my Microsoft account balance to pay.

Yes, I was trying to make the purchase on the website. How am I supposed to know that I can't use my MS account balance on the website? Not everyone stalks the forums before making a purchase!

The website was more than happy to accept the prepaid code!

If I can't make purchases on the website with my MS account balance, it should

#1 - clearly state that I can't use MS account balance to pay for purchases via website

AND

#2 - it shouldn't accept the prepaid card code on the website!

Now how do I use the MS account balance?

Yes, I did it on both of them, but no avail, my account is one year old And I changed my region only once on July 2023

I understand your concern. Just to clarify, does it say "Not available for this purchase" when you use the balance or it just doesn't show up as an option? Can you confirm what is your child trying to purchase? If it's a subscription, you will need to setup a backup payment method for the balance to work. But if it's a game, please try purchasing online in Xbox.com and see if the same issue will persist when using Microsoft balance.

When you say you did it.on your.accoumt you mean account.microsoft.com?

Of not you need to.do it.there as it the region migration. Tool which can only be used every ,3,months

If your account is less then ,3months old you cannot use the tool till 3months passes
