    I have $10 in my account which is expiring today.

    When I logged in 2 days ago, my account showed $10 available, yesterday (the day before the money is set to expire) my available balance went to zero, but still showed the money expiring the next day. Why doesn't the money show up in my account, or as an available
    method of payment?

    We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning the inability to use the $10 currency from the Microsoft account within the Microsoft store.

    Are you attempting to do this through an Xbox One console?

    Or would you happen to be trying this on a Windows PC?

    It might be best to check the payment and billing section within the homepage of the Microsoft account website to ensure that the currency appears there.

    Was this currency gained through the Microsoft Rewards program?

    The payment and billing section for my account is where it says I have zero available, and $10 expiring. I've been looking at this on a PC.

    The money was from a Microsoft Rewards offer, and previously appeared in this section
