    I'm trying to use the Microsoft from my Xbox One S but I'm receiving a message saying that I'm not connected to Internet with error code 0x80820011. However I've check the connection (from xbox and other devices) and everything is working fine. Could you
    help me to know what might be happening with MS Store?

    Hard reset the internet, the xbox and then connect to the internet from your xbox using an ethernet cable. If that fails, factory restore xbox but save settings and profile info.

    The same has happened to me and i have found a cold reboot works (turn off the xbox then wait till the light is no longer flickering then unplug the cable from the xbox AND from the power supply then plug everything back in 30-60 secs

    Can't expect anything from a 3rd party product, and new xbox official ones aren't sold in stores. You have to contact microsoft for a proper replacement.
