if you look at it at the bottom it told you exactly what to do. First go into your settings and make sure everything is updated. make sure all service packs are updated too.

Check the updates, you may be asking why there should be some update file that you do not have yet. Best thing to do is to get in touch with the support, give them your configuration, they see in the hour if everything is in order.

Judging from the screenshot you are running either Windows 10 Server or Enterprise. These update from a different branch that is slower to update than consumer versions. As such the Windows 10 Update Assistant doesn't know what to do with the update.

You will need to wait for a system update to appear I'm afraid.

In the new update, it makes Windows 10 cross compatibility possible, and on the Windows 10 system those games are considered to be apps. Mainly because of their mobile compatibility.
