    Can't use created content and join multiplayer games


    Hello there,



    I'm facing a problem, which is irritating. Everytime I want to use user created content, my console gives me the message " you can't play with content created by other players because of how your account is set up. Go to your privacy & online safety settings on your xbox to change this". Obviously, when I go to my settings, the settings "you can see and use created content" is set to "everyone". Sometimes, I can't even join a multiplayes game too, even if my setting "you can play multiplayers games" is set to "allow".



    For example : I can't use created content in NFS : Heat, I can't join an online lobby in Jump Force... What is going on with my console? Everytime I change my settings, when EVERYTHING is allowed, it still give me this message. What can I do?



    Please help me, I'm gonna be insane.

    The create and join clubs setting as well as the join multiplayer games setting

    cant do multiplayer (windows 10)

    Try allowing your account to create & join clubs AND play multiplayer, worked for us with this error.

    "You can play with people outside of Xbox Live", "You can create and join clubs", and "You can join multiplayer games".
