    Hello i am damian and i wantrd to buy the deal 3 months gamepass for 1$ and 1 month gold dor 1$ but for some reason it wont let me use my balance, noe i was hoping someone from the xbox support team could do it for me so it will work otherwise i miss out
    on a deal because of some crazy bug

    You can't use your Microsoft credit to purchase GamePass or Gold. you Will need to use your Credit card.

    You would have to use a credit/debit card to purchase these types of deals the MS account currency/gift card money does not work

    You may want to try from the smartglass app on the phone or on a pc on the microsoft website it might work there.
