can't use balance of my MSA

Discus and support can't use balance of my MSA in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have $34 in my MSA and I would like to use that balance to purchase a game and pay the remainder with my debit card. is this not possible?     can't use balance of my MSA


    I have $34 in my MSA and I would like to use that balance to purchase a game and pay the remainder with my debit card. is this not possible? If it is, I cannot figure out how to do it.

    Actually capricasicks you can do split payments, when you pick a credit card it will prompt you to use the remaining balance on your MSA account

    How do I add money to my Microsoft Account?

    If you choose your card first, then hit confirm purchase, then it will ask you if you want to use your MSA balance and you hit yes.

    Just select your bank card as the payment method, it should ask you if you want to apply the remaining balance to the transaction.

    So when will the website be capable of using funds in my MSA? I'm trying FREE products with a balance in my MSA and I'm getting the message from the website that "You have no valid payment options on file."

    I seemed to work OK for a free Xbox One game, but having issues with the Xbox 360 games and marketplace items.
