    Hello,

    I've been through several Xbox customer support operators and this is apparently the next best thing. It has come to my attention that in a recent update in the Microsoft terms and conditions that somehow the letters A and Z can not be together in a gamertag
    by itself.

    Now I have been Az MVG, lvl Az lvl, DkU Az, CAD Az...you get the picture. Now my current gamertag is and recently I've wanted to change it to Rift Az. But it turns out that Rift Az is 'taken', I then try other random examples such as Rift Az 13f1f,
    Rift Az 3f1daa, Az 23414ff1f, ffasf1 Az 113 to my surprise they are all 'taken'. Now clearly that's impossible. Every variation in the world of 'Az' together can not all be taken. It must be a change you've applied to the usage of two letters of the alphabet
    being side by side.

    I'm worried that if I change my alias to A z with a space that I'll never have Az together in future gamertags due to this recent change. Perhaps there might even been a further limit on the two letters.

    I tried asking several online staff to reply and yet they could not help in the slightest. They just kept repeating how I've got a nice gamer picture and that I have a lot of achievements. I really don't care about that I just want to know why my gamertag
    can not be changed to anything with Az in it. It has always been my alias and I currently own a variation of it yet I can't have another like it. Baffling.

    I even asked if they could change it manually and apparently it was out of their control. So I'm asking for an explanation and if possible a solution. (The point is not to just change my alias it's the principle of if it's deemed offensive or breaks the
    new code of conduct why do I still have it. There's no reason logically that I can see why I should have to add an extra letter or number to my already present alias)

    Hey, I tried to change my GamerTag and it says it's not available. The thing is when I look up the GamerTag I can't find anyone with it.

    If the system says the tag is taken then it's in use somewhere on Microsoft's servers. The tag system is in use on other Microsoft services so even if it's not being used for Xbox it could be in use elsewhere. The system also doesn't see things like spaces
    as making a gamertag unique. So you could look up "gamertag" and it may not show up, but could still be in use as "gamer tag"

    I only played the demo and the opening of the full game, the game was just not for me.

    For me it seemed more like a memory game than anything else. I think Batman: Arkham Asylum/City are the best examples of elegant combat systems, with brilliant combos, that don't require you to memorise huge sequences of button presses.
