Can't use 3-month PC Game Pass

I use my Grab point to exchange Pc Game Pass. But when i use this MS store tell me "Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later."

If you EVER used Game Pass for PC.. you can't get the deal.

I thought it applied 3 months of Game Pass PC ON TOP of what you already had.

So really, it's a 3 month trial period.

I don't think the app you are using is a Microsoft partner to distribute the codes, so you should contact them to know how to resolve the issue as it could be that the code isn't a valid code, you should not share a screenshot that contains the code also ok a community forum, as anyone could see it please delete it

So you are trying to purchase the subscription with your account balance trough the Microsoft store app if I understand correctly right?

If this is the case, you also need to have a backup payment method added to your account from the same region on which you are trying to purchase the subscription

Please share a screenshot of the error message if it repeats after adding the payment method

You can get Ultimate Game Pass for $1 right now in some regions. It includes Xbox live, Game Pass for console, and Game Pass for PC. Even if you don't use the Game Pass for PC it is worth getting for a $1 to get Xbox Live and Game Pass for 3 months.
