Can’t upload profile picture

Heavy demand has required the following statement found at XBOX Support

Adjustments to customised picture uploads

As people look to gaming for social connection, we’re seeing record numbers across Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Live, and Mixer. To streamline moderation and ensure the best experience for our community, we’re making small adjustments. We've temporarily turned
off the ability to upload custom gamerpics, club pics, and club backgrounds.

Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you have been unable to change your gamer picture on your Xbox profile. At the moment, the ability to change your gamer picture to a customer photo is not available. The front page of the Xbox
Support website explains more about this change. Once the notification has been lifted, we recommend trying to change your gamer picture. We hope this information helps JcChillin!

Trying to upload profile picture but it keeps saying it can’t upload the picture right now, days past and i still cant do it.

Why cant we

"Lets make gaming fun for Everyone" He says in under his post. Meanwhile we can't choose an image and need to choose from stupid default ones. Yeah superfun
