Can't upload game clips or screenshots to the Xbox network

I have came across an issue when trying to upload a gameclip to the Xbox network. I went to the gameclip that I wanted to upload, I pressed upload and then it went to this screen picture above. After that, the screen quickly turned black and then after a minute or so, it went back to the dashboard. I think it may be something to do with the most recent console update because this wasn't happening before the update.

It's annoying me now that I can't upload screenshots and gameclips. I hope it gets fixed.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I have reported via the 'Report a problem app'. I have described the issue in a huge amount of detail because I couldn't attach a photo. Hopefully it'll be resolved eventually.

However, for the meantime you can store the captures to an external drive and then move them to your PC.

- Note The USB drive must be formatted as NTFS. You can’t use the same drive that games are installed on, which is formatted differently.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.Go to System > Settings > System >

Storage.

- Go to your external drive and select Set as capture location.

- Your game clips and screenshots will be recorded to your external drive. To revert, set your internal drive as your capture location.

Same issues. So I tried to delete a clip in the app and it said it was unable to. I deleted it from the network with the Xbox one and it deleted. I also deleted a clip from the console hard drive along with several screenshots and that works with no issues.

Sometimes when viewing clips on the network it shows old clips that I've already deleted, but they aren't veiwable. Switching between everything and game clips in manage captures makes them disappear.

This does not happen when I delete clips or screenshots directly from the Xbox one hard drive.

I checked network settings and it says NAT type: Open and all services available.

Still can't delete or upload screenshots at all, only clips.

Screenshots and clips are uploaded on the Xbox network, but if you saved ones to an external hard drive, disconnect that drive.

If you want to export the clips and screenshots from the Xbox network you can do it using the Xbox console companion app on PC

Or the Xbox mobile app
