Can’t upload custom gamerpic

Whenever I try to change my gamerpic to a custom one, it comes up with the same error saying

“Sorry, we can’t upload the picture right now. Try again in a little while.” But I’ve been trying for a week now? Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I’d love to hear from you. Thanks.

P.S I’ve been trying to do this using the latest version of Xbox App on my phone.

As mentioned, at present you cannot. You will need to wait until they relax the restrictions. No one knows when that will be.

They have disabled this service at present due to increased service demands with the COVID-19 Pandemic and Lockdown.

I believe it has been disabled for around two weeks now. You will need to wait until Microsoft enable it again one the pandemic has cleared up and the load on the servers has reduced.
