Can't upgrade...

    Can't upgrade...


    I've had the 360 version for over 2 years, played online TONS, even few times over the past few days, cannot get the upgrade price. I talk to microsoft in hopes of being able to play a game that was released on FRIDAY this weekend, they send me to mojang,
    they're closed on the weekends.

    is it really just impossible to get help with this? have any of you been able to get microsoft to actually help? will microsft do a damn thing or are they just passing the blame?

    Can't upgrade

    If you have used multiple Debit/Credit cards on your account, You may have outstanding balances on a previous card. You will have to transfer the fees from the old card to the current one to be able to purchase more membership. To do this, go to
    https://billing.microsoft.com and click on the card with outstanding balances.

    Can't Upgrade.

    In this case, since the error you mentioned shows "SameDayUpgradeNotSupported", I believe you should be able to upgrade today or within a few days. Maybe the system thought you were trying to get an advantage by subscribing to Game Pass, then to Ultimate again - since the Game Pass would convert to Ultimate and give you one month worth of Ultimate paying less.

    How long have you been a Game Pass subscriber? And are you trying to use a payment method from the US?
