    Can't upgrade to Ultimate


    Three support chats and two escalations, every attempt to upgrade my Xbox Live Gold to Ultimate fails.....time is running out! Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?

    Do you get any error code when trying to upgrade? Have you checked your method of payment and if you have any prior payments to settle?

    Issue with xbox live accidentally cancel 12 month subscription?

    You can't generally cancel prepaid memberships unless he upgraded to ultimate which cancel it but upgrade you would have.13.months of.ultimate.not 1 month of ultimate and 12.months of gold

    You stack.memberships and whenever you get a different package you upgrade this are you sure he didn't upgrade ro ultimate it will.show as canceled but.will.still have ultimate

    Now.If he canceled ultimate instead of turning off autorenewal that's different and.no.there is.no refunding that as the warming said when.he upgraded .he forfeits the upgraded time if he did that
