CAN'T UPGRADE TO PREMIUM EDITION FOR ULTIMATE WORD GAMES

Hi,

I am unable to upgrade to the premium edition for ultimate word games on my win 10 desktop. When I click on the Upgrade to Premium on Windows, I get an error message which states, "There was a problem purchasing Premium Edition. If the problem persists please contact us using the support link found in menu>support." I did this and got zip. Is there anyone out there that has the solution to this problem? It really sucks to see the same 30-sec ad repeated over and over. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi,

I followed those instructions yesterday and spent about an hour with with a couple of different folks. The first one tried to contact the MS Store, but it was closed. Then he transferred me to Moises, one of the XBOX techies. He and I tried everything he could think of and still couldn't figure it out how to fix it.

I don't know which section (whether Microsoft Store or XBOX) that would be able to help me find the setting or whatever the issue is that is preventing the purchase... In previous years, I had no problem with purchasing the year of no ads for MS Ultimate Word Games. I also had no problem when I recently renewed my Office 365 subscription...

Any suggestions on who I should ask for when I do click on the green button?

Access Contact us | Xbox Support. Follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help either from an online chat agent or request a callback. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.
