Well no as you forfeited the when you canceled

The gamepass ultimate upgraded your gold to ultimate which wouldve been 13 months of ultimate

Not 1monthn of ultimate you were told this when you upgraded

As with any subscription it stacks unlike psn it gets exchanged 1/1

And since you canceled a prepaid gold.ultimate membership there is no refunds

Prepaid cards can't be refunded and the gold was canceled and upgraded to 13monthd of ultimate when you upgraded

When you bought the upgrade it would've told you the new renewal date

This was also.mentioned when you canceled

Well first you have to buy an ultimate membership to convert it

It will tell you the upgraded time after that it is no longer 1/1

You were told when you upgraded that ot wss being converted and you can't refund

Dont becsuse as soon as you applied the ultimate it upgraded your standard for stacked time

You can't refund prepaid time or upgraded time

Canceling or refunding would.forfeit the upgraded time and only refund the last applied credit not previous

On all services 2 memberships can't run at the same time one would be upgraded to the higher tier
