    I don't know if this has something to do with a Insider Update but I can't connect to Xbox Live ever since I updated my console with an update (I'm guessing it was an insider update) and I even contacted Microsoft and they told me to ask here for some help. I factory reset my Xbox and I still can't update it

    If if you on xbox insider Program than there maybe be some issue on xbox Early update.

    Are you a member of the Insider program maybe? I think maybe it is a bad update issue.

    Thanks but I tried that, if I knew what the error code meant because it worked fine doing everything else so it can't be the hd. Then it's just the update itself, would waiting for a new update maybe fix it also I have read on the forums here that xbox insider could be a issue but I never signed up for it.

    Are you in one of the insider programmes it can be an issue with an update.

    Maybe contact microsoft support.
