Can't update to latest Skip-Ahead Version

    Can't update to latest Skip-Ahead Version


    Heya, I'm in the Skip Ahead Ring and never had any major problems until now. I see the notification that I need to upgrade to the latest version but for some reason it always get stuck at phase 2 "checking 25%".

    I forced shutdown the xbox one x and tried again but it still gets stuck at the same step and the same %.

    Updates taking too long

    You can't skip the update if you connect to Xbox Live. When you connect, the console will always want to update to the latest version of the game. The only way is to play offline, then the console wont download the update for the game you want to play.

    As far as I'm aware Edge on console is updated automatically when a new Xbox console System OS update is released. Usually every month for General Availability release

    The version I'm using right now, on a Series X, Version 104.0.1293.44 (Official build) (64-bit) is the latest available to Alpha Skip Ahead Insider members.

    I have never gotten any notification to update Edge on console.
