    Can’t update the most recent update, 3.6 GB. Can’t play online.


    I’m having a severe problem with my Xbox and haven’t been able to play online because of the most recent update, 3.6 GB. Everytime I hit around 40% it says “there was a problem with the update” and first 10 digits are 0x8923000E

    (Whole error code: 0x8923000E 0x00000000 0x00000201) And I tried the whole troubleshooting method with getting a USB extracting USO1 and plugging it in, wouldn’t work. I did the USO1 USB setup absolutely perfectly, no mistakes, double checked everything,
    didn’t work. I would really like this to get solved immediately cause it doesn’t seem like it’ll change unless I buy a brand new Xbox one

    Help Plz

    I am able to log in but when I join a party I can hear people but can’t talk back, I can’t message people and I can’t play online as it says “you are suspended because of your recent behaviour”. Keep in mind that I hadn’t even done anything wrong.

    You have to be online to play this game

    i can’t play any of my games even though I’m connected to the internet. I can join people’s party’s without a problem. It even lets me update games but i can’t play them. Whenever i try to start a game it tells me i must be online to play this game.

    Latest Windows update and Xbox application problem

    The game was closed when I started to download the update because my internet isn’t that good so I can’t play online games and download something at the same time.

    My Xbox One S turns on and then after about 30 second turns off again.

    It must be a hardware issue because all of those options are not the problem. It could be that it needs an update, but I can’t turn the console on so I can’t update it anyways.
