Can't update privacy settings

Hi Microsoft,

So, I want to join my friend's minecraft realm and it says to update my microsoft account settings.

I tried to update, but when i click on submit it stays like 10 seconds stopped and then refreshes the page. The settings continue the same that were before i changed them.

Please help for god's sake it has been like that for SO MANY TIME.

System: Windows 10 Home (ver. 21H2)

PC Specs: FiercePC with AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.70 GHz

RAM: 16 GB

Just to be sure, were all your settings set to allow previously?

Firstly, are you on a child account? (Microsoft automatically assign any account with the age set to below 21 years as a child account). If you're on a child account, you'll need a parent (adult) account in order to change your privacy settings.

The parent account will need to create a family group and add you as a "Member" while they are the "Organiser" in order to change your settings. Here's a detailed explanation of how to do that https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-bil....

Refer to the "Manage settings on Xbox.com" tab, underneath it you'll find how to manage your privacy settings on an Adult or Child account.

No, they were set to block.
