    Cant update "Privacy & Online safety"


    This has been going on for months, I have called and submitted multiple tickets with no resolution. Anytime that I try update any of my privacy settings, whether it be for "Xbox 360 Online Safety", "Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety", or "Privacy". I make the changes I want, scroll down and click submit, I get the message "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later." It is not a temporary server side issue, like I said. This has been going on for months. I have tried making the changes on console, all major web browsers, even plugging up the old 360 to see if I could make the change there. Any trouble shooting methods I have tried. Still no luck, can I get someone to look into this?

    nope I cant access the privacy setting online safety on the xbox. on the web, i dont see the child or adult for privacy. why is my account online status unknown on the xbox?

    how do access my privacy settings?
