Cant update payment details

Hi last saturday my bank details randomly removed itself from my xbox and now whenever i try to put my details in i get this message , try another way this one isnt working contact your bank for more info .... with this code ..

CV: yiNtXNETfkmwjMdj.20.8.28

I have contacted microsoft support and they told me my bank could fix the problem and i spoke to my bank today and there is nothing wrong on my end ... idk what to do .. noone seems to be able to help :/

My Account

I keep receiving xbox glitch errors when attempting to access my account on my phone, laptop and xbox 360. I cant update payment on LIVE and i get the message my account has been suspended, but it won't even let me update payment details.

You have abilling problem

Either update your Payment Option or provide a new payment option. Also, check www.billing.microsoft.com for additional details on the account.

if the bank says nothing is wrong then it's best to contact Xbox Support again via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat option at
Contact Us | Xbox Support

Since it's a payment related issue only they (Xbox Support via Phone or MS SUpport Chat) can fix the issue.

I hope they will be able to fix it

Try doing this from
https://commerce.microsoft.com and see if you can remove the old and make the new the primary.

If you are still having issues, speak with Phone Support who may be able to help you out with this.

support.xbox.com/.../payment-declined-cant-change-payment-option

It gives detailed instructions on how to change your payment method from one that is in a declined/expired state.

Hi,

Xbox 360 cant work on the store without a valid payment method.

So go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments and check your payment detail , all has to match with your current address.
