Can’t update my Xbox. It can’t read the update from the disc and now won’t play any game

We put a newer game in consol and needed to update but can’t read the update form the disc and now won’t let any game play

Did you find a solution to this , I’m installing MW3 on a Xbox one s by disc it installs all packets but won’t update and I can’t open the game until it updates everytime it starts it says installation stopped

like for some reason, I can’t play Xbox one game discs cuss they won’t install. I can only install and play Xbox 360 game discs and games that have been installed from the store.

There’s no offline update too be done it’s simply my game installs then says installation has stopped and it won’t restart I’m getting quite frustrated now because what’s the point in me paying for online etc if I can’t play the latest games is there someone who’s from Xbox who you can speak to about this is?
