cant update my account privacy setting from "block" to "allow"

my Xbox settings says allowed for multiplayer iv put it to block on my xbox then gone to my privacy settings on xbox.com try to allow it it don't save on xbox.com but it changes it to allowed on the xbox settings but says block on xbox.com

I created the family account and went back to change my privacy and safety settings. I changed the Join Clubs from Block to Allow and it now works. Thank you for your help I really appreciate it!!

You may still need to go into your account settings and update what your profile is allowed to have access to and what it automatically blocks. Just becaause your account was promoted to adult status, doesn't mean that the safety settings were modified automatically.
You should be able to access these from the Privacy box in the asettings tab of the dashboard.

I see. Only for him? That's odd. His account privacy settings must be getting in the way, mate.

His privacy settings must allow him to add and message everyone within the platform, that particular option must be blocked in his account.

there is a setting in the game options to allow/see other player's custom liveries.

check that that is enabled.

also, if your account is a child account, there could be a privacy setting that is blocking the Auction House
