    Hi ColinCabarrus,

    sorry to hear. Here are some basics that often forgotten but might solve your problem:

    • Sometimes it help to install the newest GPU driver
    • Check if all 4 XBOX Services and the 2 gaming service are still running (via taskmanager).
    • Download the "AppDiagnostic" to repair the Store or run your installed one via: Select the Start
      button, and then select Settings/Update & Security/Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps/Run
      the troubleshooter.

    It looks like you don't have any applicable devices linked to your Microsoft account. To install, sign in on a device with your Microsoft account.

    Hi,

    You need the Game Pass application installed on your PC to download Gears 5 with the subscription, it can't be installed from the Windows Store.
