Hi there! Are you using a Microsoft Local Currency (Gift Card) to purchase?

If you are, please try and add a new credit card on the account using the console or billing.microsoft.com website.

If you are using a credit card, Just update the billing information on the account on the console or on the billing.microsoft.com website.

Where...? I see nothing confirming even a possibility of them adding it in.

You may be able to change any sort of card information by visiting the Microsoft Commerce & Billing site
here. It should allow you to edit the expiration date if the number is the same.
