    Can’t unmute


    I muted and blocked my friend last night, and now today I cannot unblock or unmute, I’ve tried resetting my router, a hard reset, and the only thing that works is signing into another account ,

    Glitch! Have one friend that keeps defaulting to mute

    I have one friend that I can’t unmute. Tried blocking/unblocking and that doesn’t work and the mute/unmute is not working so I can’t unmute in chat or in game chat. Please help!

    Yeah that’s the problem when you press unblock it auto blocks them again and you can’t unmute them so you can’t hear them but they don’t have you blocked they can hear you but you can’t unmute them and it’s weird because you have them added but when you go to their profile to see if you have them blocked it does

    Hi all,

    If you are still seeing this issue occur let's try a cold boot of the console by unplugging it for a full 5 minutes then check if you are able to un-mute friends. If that does not help then the next step will be to try a

    quick factory reset     being sure to keep your games and apps installed when asked to do so.
