Cant unmute people

    My account automatically muted a friend's account. I keep pressing "unmute" but it didn't work. It stays muted. Is there anyway I can fix this?

    i cant unmute my friend on xbox i muted him and now i cant unmute him i tried restarting my xbox i Cant do anything it wont stop messing up

    Same here can invite people in but all have been muted cant unmute them I also cant leave chat had to restart console.

    how many more times does xbox live go down before microsoft get off there **** and fix the issue. They should stop charging us for gold

    same problem guys, has nothing to do with internet connection, my friend muted me yesterday and cant unmute, we tried blocking each other then unblocking, deleteing friend and adding friend with no hope, im **** sick of xbox its a ****oblem every month

    same problem dude please let me know if u figure it out, thank god i spent 60 on **** xbox live and 100 on turtle beaches so bill **** gates can sit on his lazy ass and not give a ****. Like literally ive had to call xbox support about 1000 times this year
