    Can't unlink Xbox and EA accounts


    Hi, I can not see which EA account is linked to my xbox account to unlink them ultimately - I have tried logging into EA App using the Xbox option but I get told that another EA account is linked to the Xbox account. Is there a way to unlink the EA account on any of the Xbox/Microsoft platforms since I can't do it on EA App? Please help, I have spent hours researching but I am not getting anywhere. Thanks

    Xbox can't unlink the gamertag from your EA account, the link process occurs on the EA servers not on Xbox, the only ones able to unlink an account would be EA support

    I'm sorry but only EA can unlink EA accounts to xbox accounts. Xbox support can't do this.

    You aren't talking about the EA Access subscription right?

    You can't, if the EA account is banned then it is forever linked to the xbox account, would not be a very good banning system if it just let you unlink and relink with a new ea account would it.

    only ea can unlink it, but there is another way to get in and unlink.

    head over to https://www.ea.com/

    click sign in then select the xbox logo and sign in with your xbox live account, here you can then unlink the ea account
