can't unlink from ea account

Discus and support can't unlink from ea account in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; My gamer tag is linked to someone else's ea account.     My gamer tag is linked to someone else's ea account. EA won't un-link them because that person has a ban on their account...but I don't understand why my account got link to them without my permission and now I can't play Madden 21.

    Contacted EA 6 times now and still they are no help. They can see my Microsoft / xbox one email and the email on the account are different but still they wont fix it.

    My ea account has the same email as my xbox one.

    Only at ea games does 1+1=your screwed and there is no answer to this problem.

    If someone has a fix let me know...and don't say you should contact ea help and an advisor can fix this for you because they can't...I've tried repeatedly.

    Xbox can't unlink the gamertag from your EA account, the link process occurs on the EA servers not on Xbox, the only ones able to unlink an account would be EA support

    You need to contact EA support to help you unlink your xbox account from EA account.

    However keep in mind that if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Xbox gamertag to it in the future.
