Can't unlink disabled EA account,

Unfortunately, this is something you need to communicate with EA and since you have linked your Xbox profile to this disabled EA account, sadly, in my own understanding, Xbox doesn't have access to your EA account.

Hi,

I don't want to unlink the accounts, I just don't want the EA app to start the moment I start the XBOX app.

Right now I don't even have an EA game installed (and autostart is disabled for the EA app). But the EA app still opens up & logs me in the moment I start the XBOX app.

Should the EA app not start only once I actually start an EA game?

Xbox can't unlink the gamertag from your EA account, the link process occurs on the EA servers not on Xbox, the only ones able to unlink an account would be EA support

Unlinking Xbox account from EA account is done exclusively in EA dedicated platform based on the process established by EA support and here in Microsoft, we do not have the option to revert this process. As per EA official support page, "If your account has been disabled, banned, or suspended, you won’t be able to unlink your platform account from your EA Account." I'm sorry but only EA can unlink EA accounts to xbox accounts. Xbox support can't do this.

You aren't talking about the EA Access subscription right?
