Can't uninstall or install games?

I am aware that you’re having trouble with installing and uninstalling games on your new Xbox. I am here to help and let us work on this together.

Kindly try the following steps below to troubleshoot your issue.

Check your Xbox Status.

Check the Xbox status page. If you see any services with alerts, expand the service, scroll down to Notifications, and sign in to receive a message when the service is up and running again. See Xbox Status | Xbox Support.

Sign in with the correct Xbox profile.

Make sure you’re connected to Xbox and signed in with the profile that originally purchased the content.

Check the space on your hard drive.

View your notifications on your Xbox console to make sure you have enough space on your hard drive to install the content. Here’s how:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select the Notifications icon.
   
2. See if there are any notifications about low or unavailable hard drive space. Xbox alerts you when you’re running low.
   
3. If there’s a notification about low hard drive space, you’ll have to either delete content to free up space or add an external drive.

Check for a system update.

You may need to update your console. For example, if you see a “Download stopped” error, you may need to install an update before the download can complete.

To see if there’s an update available:

1. Press the Xbox butto to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates.
   
3. If there are any updates, they’ll appear in the left menu. If not, you'll see "No console update available."

Hi Jimmy,

Final Fantasy XV left Gamepass on the 29th of January, so unfortunately you would need to purchase it if you wish to install and play this game.

Gamepass is a Netflix style service, games are added and removed all the time. You can play any games through service, as long as the game is on there and you have an active subscription.

I’d reccommend following the official Xbox page on twitter for updates and news.

the problem is that i uninstalled the game and now i can't the new installation begins

I did format to the console, that help at the end, what they suggested in the selution options.
