Cant uninstall or install games or upload clips

If the issue persists, I recommend performing a Soft Factory Reset How to reset your Xbox console to factory defaults | Xbox Support by selecting the following:

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

well it appears that this problem isnt just resident evil clips...

i cant even upload or find the clips i just recorded for battlefield hardline....

they are not even on smartglass on my phone....

the rendering process on upload is fine but as it starts to upload you get the "sorry we cant upload your clip"

I have had issues with Upload Studio in the past, and I was told to uninstall, and then re-install the program. This did not help me, but perhaps it could help you. I have found it much better to trim my clips within Xbox Live, and then I upload them to
OneDrive. Sometimes I have issues uploading clips to OneDrive, but I have found that resetting my router, when this starts to happen, corrects the issue.

and after i trim it i want to upload it to xbox live and the activity feed. and the problem is that is says that it cant recognize the game (where the clip is from) in order to upload it. to upload it the app needs to know which game the clip is from or
something like that i guess. but that information gets lost after downloading and editing... downloading works just fine... slip storage? i still upload clips from my xbox so that shouldnt be a problem...
