Cant uninstall game

Discus and support Cant uninstall game in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; As the title says today Cold war needed to be updated but it did not work.     Cant uninstall game


    As the title says today Cold war needed to be updated but it did not work. So I decided to unistall it however while the game dissapears from the list it´s still installed and cant be "re-installed". When i unistall it the game dissapears but I dont get any storage space back and if I restart my console it will be back on the list again. I dont know what to do? I have tried removing all local save files and tried my best to remove the game so i can re-install but nothing works. Does anyone know a fix that does not include a factory reset or removal of all games on my hard-drive? It’s an external hard drive and I’ve already tried clearing my alternate max address, and it did not work

    I cant uninstall the game in 1809 and still cant uninstall it in latest 1903. I uninstall two Xbox apps . It gets better but
    still cant slove the problems.

    For this solution try this procedure: Clear cache: turn off your xbox, unplug it for 2 minutes, then turn it on and try again.     Let's try some steps to isolate the issue. Please try resetting Xbox app at Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Xbox Live > Advanced Options > Repair and Reset. Restart PC, then uninstall the game. If it persists, delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

    This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes then try again.
